A: If the deposit is in the started/ pending stage, it means we have not received the credit for the same. In case the deposit fails, the refund amount will be credited by your bank in 3-5 working days.

In case the deposit is done using UPI mode, a refund will be processed within 30-45 working days.

We request you to check with your bank with the transaction id received on your bank statement.

Deposit not reflecting
Q: What is the status of the deposit amount which I have not received?

A: Request you to kindly provide a bank statement with a bank stamp with the authorized signature or pdf copy of your bank statement for the team to investigate and forward the same to the payment gateway. We also request you to provide the statement from the date of deposit (failed) to date for us to investigate further.

TDS policy
Q: What is the TDS policy?

A: Any withdrawals on PokerHigh are subject to withholding tax (TDS) as per applicable rates (i.e. 30% currently plus cess and surcharge of 0.9%), which is submitted to the Indian tax authorities under section 194B of the Income Tax Act.

TDS will only be deducted from qualifying withdrawals. It is calculated at the time of the withdrawal and is on the amount withdrawn during the financial year in excess of Rs.10,000. In these cases, you will be required to furnish your Permanent Account Number (PAN) duly issued to you by the Income Tax authorities if you have not already done so.

However, we neither advise you nor shall in any manner be responsible for your individual tax matters.

We reserve the right to verify your PAN from time to time and to cancel any prize should your PAN be found inconsistent in our verification process.

Please note: In case if a player is in the category of Elite and Gladiator on the date of withdrawal, PokerHigh will bear TDS liability as may be applicable under the relevant act on your net winnings for the period.
